every time i listen to old massacre tracks i come to think about dennis. we were in the same class the final two years of school.
he was lonely, lived far from school, didn't have any friend but me in school. dirty, unshaved and liked to drink and smoke. i didn't actually care to talk to him that much, i was busy being stupid.
his closest friend though was his walkman. he had the earplugs deep within his brain and he blasted death metal on maximum volume ALL the time. he talked to me with them in and when he saw i said something he took them out and said "what?" - listened to what i said, plugged them in again and answered. never listened to the teachers, was painting loggos instead. or just laid down in the bench, most often sleeping. the teachers didn't bother to try waking him up.
he was deep into massacre and deicide. didn't care much for the swedish style of metal at all.
i really wonder what happened to him, i really do. my qualified guess is that he is either dead or a drunk. he showed some bad tendencies the last year in school and i was busy ruining my own life at that time, so i never talked to him that much, i had my own issues.
maybe i dont want to know what happened to him really.
anyway, came to think of him now when i listened to massacre.
