earlier today, me and peter celebrated first day of vacation with fridas amazing creamed chanterelles on toasted rye bread and a cold one or two.
then some nice barbecue with home made potato salad and stuffs.

i missed the bengalos mc party but i just couldnt get away from the hospitality and relaxed atmosphere, i hope my mates took some pictures i can publish here later. or i will snap some early tomorrow, we will see.

and later tomorrow i will go down south to a hang out with a very special little one.
this summer has the potential to be awesome.

my world changed a bit when i discovered kyuss.
i was forced to help a guy out that was escaping justice, hiding in the harbor of göteborg.
he had broken into an old abandoned workshop and made it his hide out.
while my companion worked some stuff out with him, i browsed his small record collection and there was a record with the weirdest name for a band i had seen. "kyuss" - i had to remember it, as i kinda was impressed by this guy.
forgot about it of course, but some year later i saw "blues for the red sun" in a record store and was stoked, the cover was awesome and i picked it up and lightning struck my brain: KYUSS! that was the name of that record i found at that guys place!
i instantly bought it and a love affair with this band started and it lasts still.
